This is an original GM manual transmission flywheel for internally balanced Small and Big Block Chevy engines. The part number cast into the flywheel is 3789733 and the date code is A 17 70. This flywheel is neutral balanced from the factory for 265, 302, 327, 350, 396 and 427 engines. That said, if rebalanced, it can work with 400 and 454 engines with a 2 piece rear main seal. Please confirm your specific application. This flywheel is in good condition as shown. It has some corrosion from storage as shown.
